This policy explains how TNT Deploy handles information you share through tntdeploy.com. TNT Deploy is the admin app from TNT MedStaffing. This notice covers the public marketing website only; use of the app itself is governed by the agreement your hospital signs.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools also record basic technical data on each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiries, to operate and improve the website, and to keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These analytics cookies are optional: the first time you visit, we ask for your consent before they are set, and you can decline without losing access to any part of the site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice later by clearing your browser's cookies for this site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Separately, we collect anonymous, aggregate information about visits across the TNT family of websites — approximate city/state and the visiting organization (derived from network information, never an individual), which pages were viewed, and when. We do not store your IP address and set no tracking cookie for this. With your consent (via the banner), we additionally record limited technical details to help us improve. We do not sell your data, and you can decline optional analytics using the banner.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website — for example, our hosting provider, email delivery, and analytics (Google). They may only use it to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
